Bienvenidos a Tula Cantina, Amsterdam Noord’s candlelit agave hideaway. An intimate mezcalería dedicated to the depth, nuance, and ritual of agave spirits.

Each pour and cocktail is chosen to reveal the full spectrum of agave, unfolding in notes that go from crisp and saline to wild, vegetal, and deeply layered.

The inspiration behind our menu

The Guelaguetza is a festival alive with music, dance, and flavours that tell the story of Oaxaca and its people. Inspired by this celebration, each cocktail in our menu captures a fragment of that magic: aromas that evoke traditional kitchens, ingredients that honor the land, and techniques that transform the ancestral into contemporary experiences.
